this pair of tall ladder back chairs are attributed to gio ponti. they are the epitome of the high style mixed with country aesthetics so well produced in italy in the 50's. i found the chairs 3 years apart, one is slightly older than the other, and then had them restored as a pair. the finish is and opaque black. the new fiber rushing is the original classic designed for these chairs
