the articulate geometry of the "fast forward" chair is made from solid oak slats placed parallel at exact intervals along the front axis. chulamond's designs draws inspiration from light and shadow and this linear piece is the realization of his theory. the rake of the back and the seat makes this chair extremely comfortable despite its sculptural appearance. this piece is equally useful behind a desk, around the dining table or as a stand alone piece to be admired as sculpture.
